Boarding Pupils Y10 (Overseas) | Important Information & Action Items For New Parents

Dear Parent,
We look forward to welcoming you to the Rugby School Japan Community.
Please be sure to read through the information below and fill out any required forms as soon as possible.

Forms for completion:

Before your first day at Rugby School Japan, we ask that all families complete the below forms. The information you share in these forms will ensure we are able to provide the best possible care for your child.

 

1. Guardianship Form

Every boarding pupil at Rugby School Japan must have a designated guardian. This is someone who will be the school’s first point of contact during the school term. Your guardian can be a family friend, relative or a professional guardian.

Please log into Open Apply to review our guardianship policy and to complete the Guardianship Form.

 

2. Visa Submission Form

All Overseas pupils who do not hold permanent residency or do not hold a Japanese passport must have a student visa. (Guidance on the student visa application process can be found in your initial offer letter from Rugby School Japan).

Once you have obtained your visa, please log into Open Apply to complete the Visa Submission Form.

 

3. IGCSE Choices Form

Please complete the following IGCSE Choices Form, indicating the subjects your child wishes to study as part of their GCSEs at Rugby School Japan: IGCSE choices form
