Open Days and Private Campus Tours

Rugby School Japan hosts regular Open Days and Private Campus Tours for prospective parents.

Join us on campus to explore our exceptional facilities, meet our staff, and learn about our enriching curriculum. Register now to experience first-hand how we nurture talent and foster a lifelong love of learning in every pupil.

For parents who reside outside the Greater Tokyo area, and who cannot attend an in-person event, please email marketing@rugbyschooljapan.ed.jp to arrange an online meeting.

Please note that the dates below fall within the school holiday period. While Private Campus Tours will still be available, our pupils will not be on campus during this time:

17 October 2025 – 2 November 2025 (Half Term)
10 December 2025  – 5 January 2026 (Winter Break)
6 February 2026  – 15 February 2026 (Half Term)
20 March 2026 – 13 April 2026 (Spring Break)
30 April 2026 – 4 May 2026 (Golden Week)
22 May 2026 – 31 May 2026  (Half Term)
26 June 2026 – the beginning of September 2026 (Summer Break)

Rugby School Japan is located in Kashiwanoha, which is a thriving education, innovation, and entrepreneurial hub. If travelling by rail, our nearest station is Kashiwanoha Campus station on the Tsukuba Express line (30 minutes from Akihabara Station), and just 6 minutes’ walk from our campus.
