Guardianship Form

Every boarding pupil at Rugby School Japan must have a designated guardian. This is someone who will be your first point of contact during the school term. Your guardian can be a family friend, relative or a professional guardian.

Commuter Pass Form

Should you wish for your child to have a commuter pass, please complete the following form to register: Commuter Pass Form

 

A Level Choices Form

Please complete the following A Level Choices Form, indicating the subjects your child wishes to study as part of their A Levels at Rugby School Japan: A Level choices Form
