Forms for completion:

Before your first day at Rugby School Japan, we ask that all families complete the below forms. The information you share in these forms will ensure we are able to provide the best possible care for your child.

 

Guardianship Form

Every boarding pupil at Rugby School Japan must have a designated guardian. This is someone who will be your first point of contact during the school term. Your guardian can be a family friend, relative or a professional guardian.

Please log into Open Apply to review our guardianship policy and to complete the Guardianship Form.

 

Visa Submission Form

All Overseas pupils who do not hold permanent residency or do not hold a Japanese passport must have a student visa. (Guidance on the student visa application process can be found in your initial offer letter from Rugby School Japan).

Once you have obtained your visa, please log into Open Apply to complete the Visa Submission Form.

 

Language Form

Pupils at Rugby School Japan (Years 7-9) are able to choose which foreign language they would like to study throughout the Academic Year
