RSJ welcomes applications for mid-term entry into Years 7, 8 and 9 throughout the year. If you are considering a start date other than the beginning of the academic year, please feel free to contact our Admissions Team at admissions@rugbyschooljapan.ed.jp to discuss your options.

What if you miss a deadline?
Missing a recommended deadline does not automatically mean that your child cannot enrol at RSJ. RSJ will consider late applications, taking into account place availability and the time required to complete all necessary admissions, safeguarding, enrolment and, where applicable, visa procedures.
Entry timings for late applicants for Year 10 and 12
Year 10 and Year 12 mark the beginning of RSJ’s two-year I/GCSE and A Level programmes. Pupils enrolling after the first day of term will miss important curriculum content. We therefore strongly recommend submitting applications by the recommended deadlines to ensure arrival at the start of the academic year.
If you have any concerns about submitting a late application, please contact our Admissions Team to discuss your circumstances.
If you require further information about our admissions process, please contact the Admissions Team on admissions@rugbyschooljapan.ed.jp.
